It has an intense red colour. The aroma is persistent and long-lasting, with hints of ripening red fruit and spices ranging from nutmeg to cinnamon and pepper. The taste is balanced and velvety on the palate, with particular fullness and volume in the mouth and a slight hint of vanilla.

Grape variety
It comes from the careful selection of Cabernet Franc grapes, vinified and aged in small oak barrels. Cabernet Franc aged in barriques. A grape variety from the Bordeaux area, it has spread to different parts of the world. In the “Lison Pramaggiore” district it is considered the pillar of the oenology of our lands.

Soil
Clayey, silty and slightly alkaline.

Winemaking
Traditional red winemaking; destemming and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24°/28°, with daily pumping over. Ageing in small oak barrels.
