What’s in the kit:
– Blu ’61® – 🧀 Blue cheese aged in “Raboso Passito IGT” wine with cranberries.
– Blu Gins® – 🧀 Cow’s milk blue cheese aged in Roby Marton Gin with a fine blend of spices in the rind. Decorated with white chocolate.

The art of marrying an elegant blue cheese with a native wine is part of the success of this splendid experience called Blu ’61®, aged in Raboso Passito and accompanied by fine cranberries in the rind. A true jewel to meditate on. 50 years of marriage to Giuseppina inspired Antonio to “freeze” his love in time.
Blu Gins®: As Antonio Carpenedo says, cheese always starts with an idea. Blugins was born on the occasion of Antonio’s 50th anniversary in the business. The family came up with an original idea: pairing cheeses with cocktails and, thanks also to the collaboration with a great Treviso bartender, specific cocktails were created for the occasion to go with our creations. From this path of strong innovation and research, the Carpenedo Family decided to share this project with Roberto Marton and his prestigious Gin.

Blu ’61® ingredients: Pasteurised cow’s MILK, salt, lactic ferments, ripening ferments, rennet. Dried cranberries (cranberries, sugar, sunflower seed oil) (min. 4%) and “Raboso Passito IGT” wine (1%) in the rind.

Milk type: pasteurised cow’s milk
Maturation: min. 4 months
Blu Gins® ingredients: Pasteurised cow’s MILK, white chocolate min. 5% (cocoa butter min. 33%, MILK powder, sugar, emulsifiers: SOY lecithin, vanilla extract), salt, rennet, lactic ferments, Roby Marton Gin (min. 3.5%) and mixture of spices (in variable proportions): star anise, cardamom, juniper berries, ginger (min. 0.1%) in the rind.
