A box made for those who love authentic flavours and want to discover the true art of ragù made the way it used to be. Inside you will find five artisan ragùs, with genuine ingredients, slow cooking and no preservatives.

Each sauce tells a different story, but with the same common thread: passion, craftsmanship and respect for tradition.

The box contains:
🥣 Farmyard ragù – With white meats (chicken, duck, turkey), delicate and fragrant
🦌 Hare ragù – Marinated in lemon, intense but without a gamey aftertaste
🦆 White duck ragù – Cooked in bianco (without tomato) with white wine, perfect with bigoli or polenta
🐴 Donkey ragù – Flavourful and full-bodied, ideal for tagliatelle or fresh pasta
🍅 Ragù alla Bolognese – The great classic, with mixed meat and tomato scented with basil
